What we collect
- Your name, email address, and phone number.
- What you are interested in (for example veneers) and when you would like to start.
- Photos or details you choose to share with us during your consultation request.
- Your messages to us on text, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, or email.
We only collect what you give us. Please do not send medical records, insurance numbers, or payment card details through the form or by text.
How we use it
- To respond to your consultation request.
- To contact you by text message, phone call, or email to answer questions and schedule your consultation.
- To manage our relationship with you as a prospective patient.
- To measure how well our advertising works so we can improve it.
Text messages and calls
When you submit our form with your phone number, you agree to be contacted by text message and phone call about your consultation request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase or treatment.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who else sees your information
We do not sell your information. We use the following service providers to run our business, and they handle your information only for that purpose:
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): hosts our ads and lead forms, and receives information about how you interact with them. Meta's use of that information is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
- A customer relationship management (CRM) and messaging platform: stores your contact details and sends our texts and emails.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How to opt out
- Texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Calls and emails: tell us, or email info@cosmeticdentistryofsa.com, and we will stop.
- Ads: you can change your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
Your information and your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@cosmeticdentistryofsa.com and we will respond within 30 days.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact information for as long as it is useful for your consultation request or until you ask us to delete it. If you become a patient, your dental records are kept and protected under the practice's Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable health privacy law, which are separate from this policy.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
